Log Knowledge offers a wide wariety of construction services specific to each individual client's requirements.

Prefabrication of log & timber structures, as well as components such as trusses, beams, columns, railing, and siding are handcrafted at our production facility in Northern Colorado. Using only the highest quality Rocky Mountain Trees, prefabrication allows for greater quality control, cost efficiency, and optimization of job-site time frames and staging space.

ON-SITE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
In addition to prefabrication, the craftsmen at Log Knowledge offer on-site assembly and installation of all log & timber components. The handcrafters who originally fabricated the work ensure quality and attention to detail by providing inevitable on-site adjustments.

Log Knowledge offers the experience and understanding of working with the logistical and scheduling issues related to building in mountain resort areas. As a result, Log Knowledge will coordinate in order to keep your project running smoothly, finishing on time and on budget.

LOG & TIMBER MATERIAL SALES
Log Knowledge supplies logs and timbers directly to builders. Components such as hand-peeled logs, rough sawn timbers, or even specialty siding are availble for pick up or delivery.

DESIGN SERVICES
Coordinating with our handcrafters, the Log Knowledge in-house design team has been creating solutions, developing innovative ideas, and defining details for 30 years.

SHOP DRAWINGS
Log Knowledge can create log & timber component construction drawings and connection details.

ENGINEERING SERVICES
Log Knowledge can coordinate structural engineering of all log and timber components and steel connectors.

ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS
